The Night Manager tells the story of an undercover operation to bring down a major international arms dealer. So instead of putting the character under the light, I had him stand quietly in the dark. I also used the continuation of the space to increase the sense of hollowness in the design, trying to create an atmosphere that contains energy in the silence.
